Directions

From Dulles Airport: take the Dulles Toll Road (Rt 267) east to exit 9A, Route 28 South (Sully Road). Drive approximately 8 miles to the intersection of I-66 West. Follow the Final Directions below once on I-66.

From Reagan National Airport: take the George Washington Parkway (follow signs “to Washington”) to the I-66 West signs. Follow signs to I-66 and then follow Final Directions below once on I-66.

From Rockville Maryland and points North, drive south to the Capitol Beltway until exit 49 for Vienna/Front Royal. Stay on I-66 for 41.2 miles. Follow the Final Directions below once on I-66.

From Alexandria, VA and points South. Once on the Capitol Beltway (I-495 and I-95 South) merge onto I-66 via exit 49C on the left towards Vienna/Front Royal for 41.2 mi. Follow the Final Directions below once on I-66.

Final Directions: Follow I-66 west until exit 23, towards Delaplane and Paris on to Route 17 North. Drive for eight miles until you reach the stop light at the Route 50 intersection. Turn left (West) at the light onto Route 50. Drive 10 miles (crossing over the Shenandoah River). Turn right onto Route 255 (Bishop Meade Road). At the first stop sign, turn left into the village of Millwood. Take your first right just after Locke''s store on your right staying on Route 255. The entrance to Project HOPE and The Carter Hall Conference Center will be 350 feet on your right.
