The Carter Hall Conference Center offers a variety of menus to accommodate the most discriminating tastes and dietary restrictions.

Depending on the style of your meeting, you can request a formal dinner in the upstairs dining room with period furniture, a more casual buffet dinner in the Hunt Dining Room or an outside BBQ on the veranda.

Breakfasts and lunches are typically served as casual meals in the Hunt Dining Room. "Working" lunches can be provided if the tempo of your meeting requires an "in-room" lunch.

The Hunt Dining Room area has a maximum capacity of 50 people. The Formal Dining Room has a maximum capacity of 24 people.
