There are more than two miles of private roadways and walking trails throughout the historic estate. Magnificent views of the Virginia hunt country are available to the casual walker as well as the ardent jogger.

On property: Tennis courts, volleyball, croquet are available to our guests.

Nearby: Golf, historic touring, antiquing and shopping are all within a short drive.

Special events: Wine tasting at Carter Hall, tours of nearby wineries, or hiking in the Shenandoah National Park, just 15 minutes from Millwood, can be arranged.
