Meeting Space and Technology

Meeting rooms: The Carter Hall Conference Center has several meeting rooms of various sizes to accommodate your group's needs, including intimate rooms for break-out sessions. 

Room set-ups: The Great Hall in Carter Hall (shown in the virtual tour) offers a unique venue which can be set up in a hollow square or a U-shape to seat up to 30 participants or theatre-style to seat 70 people. Conventional meeting rooms in other locations on campus can accommodate 12, 14, 40 or 80 participants in various layouts.

Audio visual: We offer LCD, slide and overhead projectors. VHS video, DVD players and laptop computers with Microsoft Business Suite software are available. Flip charts, easels and other meeting supplies are also available upon request.

Internet connection: WiFi is available throughout the property. A Business Center (available 24/7) is equipped with computers, phones, fax and copy machines.
